Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-29

This policy covers the website singhtechpioneers.com, operated by Singh Tech Pioneers Inc. ("we", "us"), a Canadian corporation. Our products, such as StorageSync, have their own privacy policies.

What this website collects

• No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. The site is plain HTML with no scripts.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to send, and use it only to respond and to work with you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as email and hosting), or when the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent and for our legal and accounting obligations. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email admin@singhtechpioneers.com.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
